Ingredients: Oatmeal, water, glycerin, emulsifying wax, Avocado oil, Hemp seed oil, Vitamin E, preservative. EXTERNAL USE ONLY
Application: Apply to skin by rubbing until it's absorbed (as it is made with real oats- you may find tiny pieces of actual oats in the product - it will not harm your skin)
